One Chifley Square Sydney
This modern Heritage Building at 1 Chifley Square received a 20M+ upgrade of all its internal spaces and finishes.
The major works undertaking included all building services and resealing of main facade adhering to particularly complex requirements of the Heritage Council and Sydney City Council because of the building's status.
The uprade reached practical completion in September 2004 where RIHS Architects were the lead consultants for the works.
44 Market Street Sydney
A 38 storey tower originally designed in 1972, RIHS Architects carried out a series of building uprades in line with the Proprietors perception of the Commercial Market requirements at the time.
Such uprades have included the whole of the building services, the whole of the lift installation and lift cars, the amenitites, typical lift lobbies, Ground Floor lobby and forecout and, currently, a progressive rejuvenation of the amenities and commercial spaces.
RIHS Architects were the lead consultants in the uprades and managed the entire process from initial concepts to practical completion.
