PROJECT MANAGEMENT: We understand that the success of a project depends on the selection and establishment of management systems which are responsive to our clients economic and financial requirements.
In order to achieve this success, we will follow one of two possible methods of delivery: 'Traditional' where the Architect appoints a range of consultants on the client's behalf or 'Total Project Delivery' where our associate Company, RA Projects Australia Pty Ltd manages the whole project up to its completion. Each method has its own merits and constraints and a decision can be made after detailed analysis of the project's aims and objectives.
DESIGN: Our team has wide and comprehensive experience in all the building types. We also believe that excellent design is fundamental to any project's success both from a long term economic point of view as well as pride of ownership by our clients. We have won awards both in Australia and Europe, with our work published in Australia and Japan as well as in publications distributed internationally. FACILITIES PLANNING: Gerry Rihs is a Professional Member of the Facility Management Association of Australia and Australian Institute of Project Management. We will plan any building including associated systems, equipment and furniture. We will integrate the establishment of the Management of the Facility at the time of completion of the building for both local and overseas investors in Australia.
PROJECT DOCUMENTATION: We have the experience and the resources required to prepare full project documentation for all stages of a project's life. This includes concept presentation drawings, Authorities Approval documents, building contracts, construction drawings, equipment and all details of the project.
Overseas, the company has provided design and planning input for the upgrade of a shopping centre in the City of Orange (Orange County, California). When working in overseas markets, it is the company's policy to establish detailed working partnerships with local companies to ensure full compliance with local codes and practices whilst adding value to residential, commercial and industrial proposals.
CAPABILITIES: Our expertise, coupled with our use of the latest technology allows us to offer a great variety of services, from early feasibility to completion of a project. We have access to the information and the skills required to design and build virtually any building type under a wide variety of contracts and conditions. We achieve a total service through our in-house skills as well as an established network of other professional consultants, engineers, property and marketing agents.
