We offer a comprehensive service through our in-house skills combined with an established network of professional consultants, engineers, property and marketing agents. We manage the entire integration process to fulfill our Clients' brief and objectives.

Our Profile

We offer complete commitment of the Principal to the project. The Principal is fully supported by the Company's personnel and does not retreat into the background after initial contact is made.

Our team is trained and qualified to implement the Company's 'Design Management' process, with quality of the finished product being of importance at least equal to that of its final cost. This approach ensures continuity of cost control, quality and progress, providing the Client with access to the design and management of the Project as required.

Our services now include Project Management, either by RIHS Architects or via integration of an external Project Manager into the Project Team. We can administer a Project through to Practical Completion, or design up to and including detailed documentation for competitive Tender.

Our professional experience extends overseas and we propose to continue to provide international clients with design, building and management assistance for projects outside of Australia.

Our 'hands-on' policy, together with a commitment to excellence, a detailed understanding of building costs and commercial targets, has ensured a continuity of Clients over a number of projects.
