A 38 storey tower originally designed in 1972, Rihs Architects have carried out a series of Building upgrades in line with the Proprietor’s perception of the Commercial Market requirements of the time. Such upgrades have included the whole of the building services, the whole of the lift installation and lift cars, the amenities, the typical lift lobbies, the Ground Floor lobby and forecourt and, currently, a progressive rejuvenation of the amenities and commercial spaces. Rihs Architects were the lead Consultants in the past upgrades and managed the entire process from initial Concepts to Practical Completion.
