DESIGN SERVICES:   We offer these Services to other Professionals or Companies which require Architectural design and planning resolution inputs for projects which already may have had initial Feasibility Studies or Approvals to proceed but for one reason or the other, need a fresh and external input.

CONTRACT ESTABLISHMENT SERVICES: There is a great deal of misunderstanding in the selection of Building Contracts and Building Delivery Services to achieve desired outcomes in most building projects. Rihs Architects extensive experience in project delivery ranging from single large Residences through Commercial buildings to Special Purpose buildings may be of assistance to Clients needing some external and objective advice for examining and establishing the best possible Building Contract for the purpose considered.

WATCHING BRIEFS:  We have acted on a large variety of projects where a Client needed regular and external objective inputs at any stages of the project, from Development Approvals through to the Construction Stages. Such inputs may include alternative design recommendations, review of documentation prepared by others and regular reports during the Construction Stages right up to the review or preparation of Construction Defects Reports.

EXPERT WITNESS SERVICES:  The Principal, Gerry RIHS has acted as expert witness over a number of years in the following Courts in NSW : Land & Environment Court, District Court, Federal Court and Supreme Court. These Services included all briefings from the Lawyers acting for the Client, review of cases documentation with following reports, backbriefings and Court appearances. Cases included planning disputes between Clients and Councils, disputes between Owners, Developers and Councils, Copyright cases and Land and Environment Courts appeals.
