This modern heritage building at 1 Chifley Square, Sydney, has just received a 20 M.+ upgrade of all its internal spaces and finishes. The major work undertaken, including all building services and resealing of the main façade was made particularly complex by the requirements of the Heritage Council and Sydney City Council as a result of the building’s status. The upgrade has reached practical completion in September 2004. Again, Rihs Architects were the lead Consultants for the work.
